The process starts with the production of corrugated cardboard where sheets are produced, after which these sheets are converted into boxes and then printed according to the specific wishes of the customer. In this role as a production employee, you operate the machine and perform the necessary quality controls. In addition, the following tasks fall within your responsibility:
- Producing cardboard and boxes according to order.
- Setting up and adjusting the machine, in particular the speed and accuracy.
- Intervening in the event of deviations.
- Supplying and removing raw materials.
- Resolving any minor malfunctions in the machine.

For this function as production employee, we would like to see the following points in your profile:
- Some experience in a production environment is required.
- You speak English and/or Dutch, if you speak the Polish language that is an nice to have.
- You are used to switching quickly between different tasks.
- You handle machines and equipment with care.
- Working in a team is familiar territory for you.

- A gross monthly salary that can amount to €3,120!
- You will work in an international company.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
