Do you like working with precision and ensuring a smooth start to the production process? For a client in the process industry, we are looking for a Mixing Department Operator. In this role, you will mix raw materials into high-quality semi-finished products, with safety and order as top priorities. You’ll work in shifts within a close-knit team.

• Preparing production orders and dosing raw materials into mixing installations
• Operating and adjusting mixing equipment according to work instructions
• Monitoring and recording the mixing process, including identifying deviations
• Cleaning mixing equipment and workspace according to established procedures
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to continuous process improvement

Je bent in bezit van

• Secondary vocational education (MBO) work and thinking level in a technical or production-related field
• Knowledge of production procedures within mixing departments
• Experience with setting up and operating industrial mixing equipment
• A vigilant, precise work attitude
• Good ability to work together with an international group of colleagues

Dit krijg je ervoor terug

• A gross monthly salary of €3044.79 to €3740.99 including shift allowance
• A full-time workweek of 40 hours with a paid 30-minute break each day
• 200 vacation hours and 4 additional leave days (ATV) per year based on full-time employment
• Option to purchase 5 extra days off each year
• Travel allowance (from 10 km one way), participation in the pension scheme via ASR, and collective insurance options
