As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery.
- Ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Checking product quality and making sure all quality standards are met.
- Identifying minor machine malfunctions and resolving them where possible.
- Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised in accordance with food hygiene standards.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
- Following all safety regulations, hygiene requirements and company procedures.
You will receive proper guidance and on-the-job training to help you master your responsibilities and develop your technical skills.
Je bent in bezit van
- You have an interest in machinery, technology and food production.
- You are motivated, practical and eager to learn.
- You work accurately and take quality, hygiene and safety seriously.
- You are willing to work in either a 2-shift or 3-shift system.
- You speak English. Knowledge of Dutch is not required.
- You are willing to learn Dutch over time.
- Previous experience in production or as a machine operator is an advantage, but motivation and the right attitude are just as important.
- You enjoy working in a team and are prepared to take responsibility.
