As an Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production process running smoothly. You’ll prepare production runs, operate and monitor machines, troubleshoot malfunctions, and adjust speeds, temperatures, dosages, and materials as needed to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards.
In return for your expertise and dedication, you’ll receive:
A gross monthly salary of €3,280 – €4,020 (including shift allowance)
A year-end bonus of 5.25% (excluding)

- Independently operating and managing a group of machines and/or monitoring the uninterrupted progress of the processing line;
- Overseeing start-up and shutdown procedures;
- Monitoring and adjusting automated processes;
- Performing various quality measurements and recording the data in QIS;
- Carrying out simple repairs and maintenance tasks;
- Independently resolving minor malfunctions or disruptions;
- Cleaning machines/production lines;
- Independently performing technical changeover activities;
- Guiding and motivating new or less experienced colleagues at various workstations;
- Actively contributing improvement proposals for the production process.
Je bent in bezit van
- You have the ability to work and think at a Level 3 secondary vocational education (MBO);
- You have extensive work experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry;
- You have experience with automated systems;
- You have a good command of the English language and you are willing to learn the Dutch language;
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
